- 1 green tea bag or 1 tsp loose-leaf green tea
- 1 cup hot water
- ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 3 –4 frozen strawberries
- fresh mint optional
- Optional: drizzle of honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Steep the green tea in hot water for 3–5 minutes.
- Add grated ginger (use tea infuser)
- Remove tea bag, then squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
