This mango salsa is juicy, fresh, and adds natural sweetness without weighing you down. Perfect for tacos, salmon, or bowls.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe or frozen mango diced
  • ¼ red onion finely chopped
  • ½ red or yellow pepper
  • 1 small jalapeño deseeded and minced (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh or dried cilantro
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Add mango, onion, pepper and jalapeno in a bowl. In another small bowl mix lime salt and cilantro. Mix all together. Let sit for at least 30 minutes so flavours can meld.
