- 2 large potatoes
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Slice potatoes toss in olive oil, garlic salt, and pepper
- Lay flat, sprinkle Parmesan on top, and bake until golden and crispy
