- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 –2 tablespoons maple syrup adjust to taste
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Stir in chia seeds, water and maple syrup
- Add frozen raspberries
- Lightly mash with a spoon for your desired texture.
- Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- ✨ Thickens naturally. No pectin. No refined sugar.
- Chia seeds absorb liquid and form a gel coating
- After about 20–30 minutes, it thickens.
- After 2–3 hours, it thickens even more.
- Overnight? Even better texture.
- If it feels the jam is too thin after 30 minutes:
- Add ½–1 extra teaspoon chia seeds
- Stir again
