- ½ tsp garlic powder

- Juice of ½ lime
- For the Mango Salsa:
- 1 ripe or frozen mango diced
- ¼ red onion finely chopped
- ½ red or yellow pepper
- 1 small jalapeño deseeded and minced (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh or dried cilantro
- Pinch of salt
- For Cilantro Lime Yogurt Sauce
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for dairy-free
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Juice of 1 lime about 2 tbsp
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp honey or maple syrup optional, balances acidity
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water 1–2 tbsp to thin if needed
Instructions

- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
